Job title: Mid/Senior Level Consultants

Job Location: Lagos

Qualification(s)

• A good first degree from a reputable university
• A post graduate degree or professional qualification in a relevant field will be an added advantage
• Not more than forty- two years of age

Job Experience & skills

• A minimum of 10 years work experience
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Research and analytical skills
• Strong conceptual skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Good presentation and facilitation skills
• Must have functional core competencies in: strategy/ process development, HR Systems and Management, Financial Systems and process Manner
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Should have effectively led consulting assignments as well as managed project teams in the past (proof of such assignments will be a critical factor in hiring
• Should be familiar with typical consulting processes, frameworks and tools
