Qualification(s)

• Good University degree in Engineering or Business Administration Second Class Lower Division

Job Experience & skills

• 4-6 years post graduation and 3 years working experience in lubricant business and/ or plant management

Responsibilities

• The production manager is required to prepare detailed production program bi-monthly and monitor implementation on daily basis to meet specific warehouse request
• Monitor and ensure adequate stock of packaging/raw materials to meet the set production targets
• Coordinate planning (blending and filling), warehousing, and equipment maintenance
• Liaise with laboratory/ QA unit to ensure that products meet specification and also ensure compliance of production operations with the companys EHSQ standard
• He/She supervises the activities of the entire plant in the absence of the plant manager

• The commercial branch manager is responsible for ensuring the continued profitability and growth of business from each customer account managed
• The responsibilities of a Retail Sales representative are to serve as the liaison officer of the Company in his/ her location in terms of relationship management of government agencies; regulatory bodies and other stakeholders
