  • Have excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Be able to draft complex contracts, amendment, bids, deeds and other legal documents



Responsibilities




  • Drafting, vetting and negotiating agreements, leases, franchises, licenses, joint venture agreements, and other forms of agreements for UAC of Nigeria Plc and its Business Units

  • Manage the intellectual property portfolio of UAC of Nigeria Plc and its Business Units including but not limited to registration and protection of Trade Marks, designs, patents, etc. within and outside Nigeria and on the web

  • Manage copyright and confidential information etc

  • Develop and implement an effective contract management process including contract depository, contract register, contract templates, contract filing and contract status reporting and compliance feedback

Graduate Work Experience Placement Scheme RSSDA – Vacancies and Jobs

The Rivers State Sustainable Development Agency (RSSDA) invites applications from suitably qualified graduates of Rivers origin to her Graduate Work Placement Scheme (GWEPS).
RSSDA is a strategic intervention initiative set up in 2007 under a legal framework by the Rivers State Government.
GWEPS is one of the Agency’s programmes established to enhance the employability profile of unemployment graduates of Rivers origin.
This programme provides opportunities for unemployed graduates to gain work experience, by placing them in companies and other business organizations to work for a 24 month period. The internship does not attract salary, but beneficiaries are paid stipend through contributions by RSSDA and the organization within the period of the scheme.
The Agency intends to have the data of all unemployed Rivers graduates and is therefore requesting all such persons who meet the under listed criteria to upload their data on their website.
