As a result of rapid growth, Swift Networks is looking for an exceptional individual to occupy the position of an Assistant General Manager (AGM) Enterprise Sales.

Job Objective

The successful candidate will be responsible for Swift Network’s business performance in the Enterprise (Business to Business) sector, and full accountability for sales, market share, brand awareness, advertising effectiveness and new product development.

Qualification(s):

• A first degree in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering, Computer Science and any Physical Sciences


• Minimum of Second class upper division


• An MBA obtained from a top University will be an advantage

Job Experience & Training

• minimum of 5 years of added experience selling ICT solutions to the banking & Finance, ICT, oil & gas, and other Business to Business prospects will be required


• A proven track record in consistently delivering set targets & managing a team of field sales persons will be required
