Qualification(s)
- Possess a minimum of bachelors degree (2nd class upper division) in Engineering/Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, Law or/and Business Management
- Not more than 35 years
Job Experience & skills
- Have 5-7 years post graduation experience with at least 3 years spent in contractual agreements in a reputable industry involving maintenance, shutdowns, projects and facilities management
- Have complete understanding of significant legal, local content and commercial issues within supply chain
- Possess good communications, Supervisory and Relationship management skills
Responsibilities
- The appointee will provide the company with the necessary expertise and experience to support business units in meeting its objectives through the development of contracting strategies, the composition and issue of invitations to tender, objectives bid evaluation or negotiation of sole source terms, preparation and award of the final contract, coupled with post award contract administration and reporting, contractor performance management
