At present, the Foundation has six Agricultural Training Schools in which youths are given qualitative practical training in small- scale agriculture in Nigeria. The schools are located in Osun, Kaduna, Kano, Gombe, Ondo State and FCT.
As a result of on- going expansion, the following vacancies exist for candidates with proven practical farming skills and hands- on experience, who fit into the departmental activities and prepared to work in any of the schools:

- Trainers: Minimum of 5 years, 8 years and 10 years relevant job experience for M.Sc, B.Sc/ B. Agric, or HND respectively
