- First degree in civil engineering
Job Experience & skills
- With at least 10 years experience in top management preferably in the construction industry
- Good communication and organization skills
- Exceptional project management skills
Responsibilities of the position
- Planting, scheduling, assigning, and supervising the work of the maintenance personnel and equipment
- Maintenance of roads, guard rails, signs, culverts, drains, channels, pipelines, and other roads and flood control facilities
- Inspection of works in progress, completed work, and evaluation of existing conditions
- Resurfacing, and reshaping of damaged road, conferring with and advising engineers concerning maintenance matters
- Preparing time and equipment reports
- receiving investigating public complaints and taking corrective action, training and evaluating subordinate personnel
