Qualification(s)

• University or College degree in Social Sciences/Marketing/Business/English literature

Job Experience & skills

• At least 2 years experience in client service or research aligned business
• Proven knowledge of market research
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent Power Point, Word skills

Job Responsibilities

• Will work with Account Managers on project-related issues ensuring that clients needs are met
• Day-to-day involvement with research projects, including: drafting proposals, Designing topic/ interview guides, conducting groups/ in depth interviews and other qualitative fieldwork interpretation, report writing and development of recommendations as well as undertaking clients presentations
