Qualification(s)

• Minimum of a second class or its equivalent in Marketing or any other relevant discipline
• An masters degree in a relevant course will be an added advantage

Job Experience & skills

• Substantial experience of implementing successful 3-5 years fund raising or marketing strategies, action plans and budgets
• Minimum of 8 years relevant experience, of which at least 5 must have been at a strategic senior management level
• Good leadership, relationship management, communication (written and oral), presentation/ facilitation, project management, analytical, problem solving, organizational skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
