Qualification(s)

• The ideal candidate must have a good first degree/HND in Business Administration/Social Sciences from a reputable institution
• Possession of an MBA/ACA, technical and professional certification, membership of the professional procurement institute will be advantageous

Job Experience & skills

• 5- 7 years cognate experience in a similar role in an FMCG/multinational company
• Strong leadership skills
• Strong analytical skills
• IT literacy and basic finance skills
• A high level of integrity with an in- depth knowledge of the supply base and business requirements
• Maturity, personal drive and ability to cope with pressure, discipline, good interpersonal relationship, sound judgement, demonstrable quest for quality
• Ability to prioritize, innovativeness, creativity and ability to improve systems
