Qualification(s)
- B. Sc/M. Sc Food Science and Technology and Membership of NIFST
- Five O’ Level Credit, including Maths and English at not more than two sittings
Job Experience & skills
- Organized, reliable, resourceful with a good interpersonal, analytic/problem solving skill and exceptional degree of sustained creativity
- 5 years hands-on experience in a similar R and D environment in food and Allied Industry, research institute or academia; working knowledge of HACCP, Glutomatic, RVA, Viscometer, Consistometer for evaluation of rheological, function properties of flour and food products
Responsibilities
- Provide rheological and microbiological data on raw materials, in process and finished products
- Quality assurance through lab evaluation of raw materials, products under development and finished products
