Reporting to: Head of Technical

Qualification(s)

• Five credit grades in WASC/GCE/SSCE including Mathematics, English and 3 other relevant subjects


• NYSC discharge certificate


• Bachelors degree (minimum of second class lower division) obtained from a recognized university or


• HND (minimum of upper credit) obtained from a reputable polytechnic/college of technology in any of the course listed below:
  Marketing
  Business Administration
  Accounting
  Management
  Computer Science
  Economics
  Mathematics
  Public Administration
  Banking & Finance
  Electronics
  Electrical


• Valid Driver’s license with excellent driving skills

Job Experience & skills

• Should be dynamic and have a pleasing personality


• Should take own initiative for customer satisfaction


• Should be from copier/laser printer background


• Should have exposure to LAN/connectivity


• Experience 3-4 years for engineering/5-8 years and above for workshop managers


• Excellent Presentation and communication skills with thorough knowledge of MS Office


• Willingness to work in any part of Nigeria


• Personal initiative and drive

Responsibilities

• Responsible for high machine uptime


• Ensure prompt response to customer calls


• Attain first time right for calls


• Ensure that company specified TAT is maintained


• Has to do proper installation, KOT of equipment
