Reporting to: Head-Finance

Qualification(s)




  • Five credit grades in WASC/GCE/SSCE including Mathematics, English and 3 other relevant subjects

  • NYSC discharge certificate

  • Bachelors degree (minimum of second class lower division) obtained from a recognized university or

  • HND (minimum of upper credit) obtained from a reputable polytechnic/college of technology in any of the course listed below:
    Marketing
    Business Administration
    Accounting
    Management
    Computer Science
    Economics
    Mathematics
    Public Administration
    Banking & Finance
    Electronics
    Electrical

  • Valid Driver’s license with excellent driving skills



Job Experience & skills




  • A pleasant and dynamic personality with prior experience in handling the administration of a corporate along with HR

  • Candidate should have a proven track record for his/her achievement in the past

  • Candidate should be very well versed with market and have good contacts with required people and department

  • Prior admin and hr experience of minimum of 8-10 years

  • Excellent Presentation and communication skills with thorough knowledge of MS Office

  • Willingness to work in any part of Nigeria

  • Personal initiative and drive




Responsibilities




  • The candidate will be responsible for seamless operations of the business offices, its employees and welfare

  • Will be responsible for the day-day activities of business activities including facilities, maintenance, legalities, etc

  • Responsible for employee and employer satisfaction

  • Responsible for maintaining a very high staff retention level
