Qualification(s)
- Bachelors’ degree/higher national diploma with a minimum of second class honours
- Must not be more than 30 years by 31 May 2012
Job Experience & skills
- At least 5 years of consistent office management secretarial experience in a professional environment, preferably in multi-nationals with responsibilities
- Proficiency in the use of computer packages such as Microsoft Office
- Ability to operate office equipment such as fax, photocopier, printer, etc
- Conscientious, confident, innovative and creative
- Strong creative and innovative skills
- Ability to review newspaper/journals to provide relevant information, as well as conduct searches with the aid of the internet
