Qualification(s)

• B. Sc in mechanical, electrical or industrial engineering

Job Experience & skills

• At least 5 years project management experience in the beverage industry


• Deep prior experience in a senior maintenance management role


• In depth understanding of world class manufacturing asset care and CMMS


• High financial and systems numeracy


• Good communications skills


• Influencing skills


• Good understanding of the principles and practices of manufacturing excellence


• Good understanding of brewing packaging and utilities processes and technology

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the plant process and system


• Maintain the manufacturing activities to influence the implementation of world class manufacturing identifying


• Co-operating and actively participating in strategic improvement initiatives


• Manage productivity


• Manage plant process and systems


• Scope and define projects


• Lead project teams


• Evaluate supplies and define costs


• Manage acceptance tests and handover processes
