Job title: Training Specialist (Brewing)


Reporting to: Brewing Manager

Qualification(s)

• Minimum of B. Sc/HND in any science discipline


• Relevant technical certificate

Job Experience & skills

• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience preferably in a fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment


• Deep technical knowledge


• Deep experience in a brewing, packaging or process control environment


• Ability to work effectively in a team environment


• Demonstrate high initiative, be independent and proactive

Responsibilities

• Create and sustain a progressive learning environment by providing effective service to the value chain, focused on competence acquisition and performance


• Assist in the development of standard operating procedures (SOP’s)


• Co-ordinate learning, coaching and development activities for brewing


• Carry out competence assessments


• Deliver shop floor and supervisory training


• Plan and initiate development and learning processes


• Evaluate the efficiency of training


• Co-ordinate training assessments on brewing teams


• Develop and acquire resources and solutions within area of specifications
