Job title: Brewing Manager

Job Location: Osun

Qualification(s)

• Minimum of B.Sc degree in Engineering or Natural Sciences i.e. (Ideally, Process, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Brewing Science & Food Science Technology)

Job Experience & skills

• Minimum of 5years experience in brewing or related field experience at a senior line management position, preferably in a brewery or FMCG (fast moving consumer goods) environment


• Membership of relevant professional bodies will be an added advantage


• Understanding of process control within a brewing/process environment


• Assertve and analytical


• Proven leadership ability


• Great communication and team-related skills


• Good understanding of the principles and practices of manufacturing excellence


• Good understanding of asset care principles and good work practice (including CMMS)

Responsibilities

• manage human resources


• Plan resource requirements and implementation of trategic objectives


• Manage plant, process and systems


• Manage productivity


• Translate and implement brewing, manufacturing and business strategies


• Manage occupational health, safety and risks


• Organize/interpret data and operational information


• Compile and Manage Budget


• Authorize weekly/annual production plans


• Coordinate CAPIN/CAPEX justification for brewing


• Manage asset care for brewing plant
