The Rivers State Sustainable Development Agency (RSSDA) is a strategic intervention initiative of the Rivers State Government of Nigeria set up by law. It is currently implementing the Workmanship Technical Training Centre (WTTC) located at Bori, Rivers State in Nigeria, and another initiative of the Rivers State Government.
WTTC is a world-class technical and vocational training centre pursuing accreditation from London City and Guilds and NABTEC Nigeria. It is designed to produce high quality intermediate/medium level technical manpower in different skill fields. The centre therefore requires the service of experienced and qualified manpower in core areas.

Qualification(s)

• B. Sc/BA in Educational Administration, Educational Management and Planning Industrial/Technical Education

Job Experience & skills

• 5 years post-graduation experience in Education Administration and Training position, out of which 3 years must be in managing a rainig establishment/unit

Responsibilities

• Sets training objectives and maintaining systematic planning as regards to administration in line with and or conformity to the centre’s mission and objectives


• To carry out the Training/administrative policies, activities and programs of the institution


• To establish a coherent staff training programme to a level that will meet the needs of the institutions objectives
