Job title: Shift Millers

Qualification(s)

• Candidates should possess a good university degree or its equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Agriculture or the Physical/Biological Sciences


• Full membership of the City & Guilds in Milling Technology or a Milling Diploma of the Swiss Milling School will be an added advantage


• Candidates should not be more than 38 years old

Job Experience & skills

• The successful candidates will have a minimum of 6 years milling experience


• Applicants must have a disciplined but flexible approach to work


• Possess an ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines

Responsibilities

• Managing a production shift


• Ensure ;ow down-time in milling operations


• Consistent production of good quality product


• Supervision of mill maintenance and ensuring that a clean work environment is maintained at all times
