Job title: Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) Officer

Qualification(s)

• A B. Sc/HND in any Engineering field

Job Experience & skills

• Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years post qualifications experience in a multinational company


• Candidate must have good communication and interpersonal skills, passion to share knowledge with others, strong facilitation skills and strong problem solving skills

Responsibilities

• Appointee will be required to facilitate the implementation of the site TPM programme, deliver continuous training on TPM to all staff


• Lead/facilitate problem solving session with project/shop-floor teams and write a monthly TPM progress report
