Qualification(s)

• Possess a university degree (an MBA will be an added advantage)
• Have a background in the banking/microfinance operations

Job Experience & skills

• Have between 3 to 5 years working experience in a similar role
• Be open and trustworthy
• Have good analytical skills
• Be able to multitask within tight deadlines
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
• Be pro- active and task oriented
