• To provide integrated technical assistance for the capacity building of CSO and government partners at the federal, state and local government in strengthening their management system and support the delivery of programs for project management, grant and procurement management, proposal development


• Leadership and management in order to enable the partners to be more programmatic, institutional and financially sustainable
