• MBA qualification would be an added advantage

Job Experience & skills

• Minimum 8years experience, 5 of which must be at managerial level in an FCMG environment

Key Accountabilities

• Implement company sales strategy in a given territory
• Achieve all set Business targets
• Achieve core 100 product availability and customer satisfaction
• Improve self and associates through personal learning and knowledge sharing
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues
• Implement the company health, safety and environment procedures and quality standards
