Qualification(s)

• LLB, BL (2nd Class Upper)
• Post graduate degree or relevant professional qualifications will be added advantage

Job Experience & skills

• Not less than 12years cognate experience
• Practical knowledge of litigation and arbitration as well as real estate processes and procedures
• Excellent drafting skills
• Ability to interface with regulatory agencies
• Excellent interpersonal, public relations and communications skills
Good Negotiation skills

Responsibilities

• He/She will be responsible for all legal issues relating to the large property portfolio of the company and for negotiating contracts, leases, agreements and other settlements etc
