Qualification(s)

• OND degree in Finance or related discipline

Job Experience & skills

• Minimum of 2 years working experience


• Proficient in computer usage (e.g. MS Word & MS Excel)


• Good aptitude for record keeping


• Good team player and self-motivated


• Attentive to details


• Good interpersonal relationship

Responsibilities

• Respect the safety policies, rules and regulations of the company


• Ensure cash disbursement journals are received by the Plant Controller following each disbursement


• To carry out monthly reconciliation of bank and cash


• To review JDE Cash Postings and ensure all are in line with records


• To ensure timely request of impress are done and proper record of cash movement kept in a presentable form


• Ensure invoices are batched and processed as at when due


• To respect all internal control procedures at all times
