Qualification(s)

• Must possess a minimum of B. Sc in Science or related Management discipline

Job Experience & skills

• Have good communication skills


• Have an excellent interpersonal skills


• Have a good knowledge of inventory management


• Be exceptional at relationship management


• Experience in key accounts management would be an added advantage

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop minimum of 4 and maximum of 6 customers


• Develop customer capability for managing and executing trade marketing initiatives


• Effectively manage customer stock turnaround and service level into credit management


• Develop and implement systems and process for key accounts management


• Measure and improve customer profitability


• Develop skills for customer’s sales representtatives
