Qualification(s)
- A relevant degree in Public or Business Administration or in Human Resources Management
Job Experience & skills
- Minimum of 6 years working experience in customer service management or related activities
- Outstanding diplomacy that will consistently produce win-win result for the customer and the company
- good knowledge of computer use as well as good interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to deal patiently with complaints and to remain courteous when faced with difficult people
- Absolute passion for ensuring great customer service experience with every customer
- Good leadership skills and ability to create ideas to ameliorate customer service standards
Responsibilities
- Developing and achieving performance goals (long/short team) and objectives in order to achieve customer promise expectations
- Manage and ensure resolution of customer complaints and work towards non-repetition of the same issues based on quality of service and expected level of service
- Measure the performance and acceptance of customer service delivery and implement changes to advance customer understanding and use of service and product
- Follow up on every client that called in for support, re-opening unsatisfactorily resolved issues and monitor progress to a complete and satisfactory resolutions
- Present to management periodic statistics and report on total number of renewals, total number of reported problems, total number of closed and pending issues
