Job title: National Coordinator

Qualification(s)

• Good first degree or equivalent in Humanities or Social Sciences or related field

Job Experience & skills

• At least 5 years of relevant work experience with NGO and coordination of networks, public sector organization or similar organizations


• Ability to think analytically and strategically and express ideas in a clear and articulate fashion


• Capacity to work under pressure and meet deadlines, independently or in teams


• Ability to raise funds


• Ability to adapt to a constantly changing work environment, and to establish and maintain good working relations with individuals/group of different cultural background and at different levels


• Excellent command of both written and spoken English


• Computer literacy (Window XP/Microsoft office)

Responsibilities

• He/She will take lead in the planning, designing, formulation and fund-raising for projects


• He/She will also be expected to contribute to policy dialogue and advocacy, partnership development, and knowledge sharing/ learning plus office/corporate initiatives
