Qualification(s)

• A good degree in Social Sciences


• A post qualification in a relevant discipline will be an added advantage

Job Experience & skills

• 10 years HR experience preferably in a service company environment


• Good knowledge and experience of human resource matters especially recruitment and selection, personnel administration, grievance and disciplinary procedures, and possess good management skills


• Knowledge and experience of HR management information system and good computer skills


• Possession of problem solving skills


• Must possess impeccable integrity with a great sense of responsibility


• Proficient in verbal and written communication and a good team player


• Ability to work under pressure whilst remaining focused and efficient
