Job title: Technical Sales Representative

Job Location: Suleja, Niger State

Reporting to: Regional Manager

Qualification(s)




  • Bachelor’s degree in Crop protection or Agronomy with a thesis in weed science, or Agricultural Biology from a reputable institution with a minimum of second class, upper division

  • Must be a minimum of 25 years old



Job Experience & skills




  • Minimum of 2 years job related experience

  • Must be able to drive a motor vehicle properly and also possess a valid National Drivers’ License

  • Must be computer literate with a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

  • Customer Service, Meeting Sales goals, closing deals, territory management, prospecting skills, negotiation, self confidence, product knowledge, presentation skills, client relationships, motivation for sales, interpersonal skills



Responsibilities




  • Service existing accounts

  • Keep management informed by submitting and presenting activity and results reports

  • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information

  • Recommend changes in products, services, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments

  • Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, prepare reports, making recommendations to management

  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
