Qualification(s)




  • University degree or higher degree preferable



Job Experience & skills




  • 7 years professional communications experience, including internal

  • Communication and its role in organizational and cultural change programme

  • Extensive administrative and secretarial experience, at senior management level

  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to plan pro-actively, attention to detail, efficient and reliable in following up multiple tasks

  • 3 years + HR administrative management experience, commercially wired brain

  • Ability to hit budget, mange expectations and understands all aspects of the HR life cycle

  • Excellent time management and creative problem solving skills

  • Excellent planning, organizing and follow-up skills

  • Strong decision making and conflict resolution skills

  • Excellent listening and people skills

  • Strong knowledge of documentation process and working within budgetary allocation

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet very tight schedules promptly and consistently

  • Excellent administrative, supervisory and organizational skills

  • Leadership, Forecasting skills and strong analytical skills

  • Good knowledge of computer
