- 3 years + HR administrative management experience, commercially wired brain
- Ability to hit budget, mange expectations and understands all aspects of the HR life cycle

- Strong decision making and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent listening and people skills
- Strong knowledge of documentation process and working within budgetary allocation
