Qualification(s)




  • University degree or post graduate qualification in the learning and development field

  • Member chartered institute of personnel and development or relevant equivalent qualification

  • Membership of professional body (e.g. CIPD/ITOL) and engaged in ongoing CPD



Job Experience & skills




  • 3-5 years proven experience of management learning and development initiatives effectively

  • Experience of dealing with difficult and sensitive situations in a diplomatic and professional manner

  • Experience in developing and implementing HR Training and development polices

  • Excellent time management and creative problem solving skills

  • Excellent planning, organizing and follow-up skills

  • Strong decision making and conflict resolution skills

  • Excellent listening and people skills

  • Strong knowledge of documentation process and working within budgetary allocation

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet very tight schedules promptly and consistently

  • Excellent administrative, supervisory and organizational skills

  • Leadership, Forecasting skills and strong analytical skills

  • Good knowledge of computer
