Qualification(s)

• University degree or higher degree in any discipline


• ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent

Job Experience & skills

• Minimum of 8 years experience out of which 5 years would have been spent in external or internal Audit in a similar position


• Audit experience in the Hospitality Industry will be preferable


• Experience in analyzing sales figures and devising market and revenue management strategies


• Strong leadership, hands-on management style, cost control and budgeting experience


• Excellent time management and creative problem solving skills


• Excellent planning, organizing and follow-up skills


• Strong decision making and conflict resolution skills


• Excellent listening and people skills


• Strong knowledge of documentation process and working within budgetary allocation


• Ability to work under pressure and meet very tight schedules promptly and consistently


• Excellent administrative, supervisory and organizational skills


• Leadership, Forecasting skills and strong analytical skills


• Good knowledge of computer
