Qualification(s)
- A minimum of HND or B. Sc in Hotel and Catering/Food Production management or other relevant discipline from a reputable institution
Job Experience & skills
- At least 7 years relevant work experience in a bakery factory environment
- Well experienced in the area of developing systems that ensure compliance with the highest service standard in all areas of operation, including sales/marketing, customer service, property appearance, profit/financial control
- Good knowledge of food and beverage related aspects of food service management
- Excellent time management and creative problem solving skills
- Excellent planning, organizing and follow-up skills
- Strong decision making and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent listening and people skills
- Strong knowledge of documentation process and working within budgetary allocation
- Ability to work under pressure and meet very tight schedules promptly and consistently
- Excellent administrative, supervisory and organizational skills
- Leadership, Forecasting skills and strong analytical skills
- Good knowledge of computer
