Job title: Head of Food Production centre/Manager

Qualification(s)

• A minimum of HND or B. Sc in Hotel and Catering/Food Production management or other relevant discipline from a reputable institution

Job Experience & skills

• At least 7 years relevant work experience in a bakery factory environment


• Well experienced in the area of developing systems that ensure compliance with the highest service standard in all areas of operation, including sales/marketing, customer service, property appearance, profit/financial control


• Good knowledge of food and beverage related aspects of food service management


• Excellent time management and creative problem solving skills


• Excellent planning, organizing and follow-up skills


• Strong decision making and conflict resolution skills


• Excellent listening and people skills


• Strong knowledge of documentation process and working within budgetary allocation


• Ability to work under pressure and meet very tight schedules promptly and consistently


• Excellent administrative, supervisory and organizational skills


• Leadership, Forecasting skills and strong analytical skills


• Good knowledge of computer
