- LLB, BL
Job Experience & skills
- 10 years cognate experience in a reputable law firm
- Organized with good analytical, reasoning and evaluation skills
- Excellent oral and communication skills are essential
- Candidate must be well versed in law and able to perform assigned tasks in good time
Responsibilities
- Provides first line advice on legal matters and determines areas requiring external legal support, reviews routine and standard agreements and contracts
- Ensures regulatory compliance with all relevant government agencies
- Liaise with company solicitors, builds in-house case documents and represents the Company in the Courts
- Establishes and manages process of KYC (know your customer) matters for facilitation of customer credit facility and registration of suppliers and contractors
- Assist thr company secretary in handling issues on Corporate Governance Codes of Ethics
