Reporting to: General Manager of Flour Mills Registrars Limited

Qualification(s)

• First degree in Accounting, Finance or Law


• Membership of Institute of Chartered Secretary and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN) or Institute of Capital Market Registrars (ICMR) ia also a requirement

Job Experience & skills

• Minimum of 5 years experience with a reputable Registrars


• Must possess high level of confidentiality and integrity


• Excellent interpersonal skills, be highly motivated and committed


• Result oriented and able to work independently with little or no supervision, under pressure and time constraints

Responsibilities

• Maintains the register of members


• Registers transfers, updates dividends and shares certificates and reconciles dividend accounts


• Responsible for dividend payment and issues bonus share certificates


• Supervises front line personnel and oversees operations of the different work teams


• Assesses requests and complaints and advises accordingly


• Reviews documents prepared by front line personnel to ensure accuracy, compliance with regulation confirmation with clients request
