Job Experience & skills

• Minimum of 15 years post qualification experience in sales with a special exposure to the banks and other financial institutions


• High commercial acumen and track record of dealing with key decision makers in the banking industry


• Superior presentation and excellent oral and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Define overall strategic objectives of the business, preparing yearly financial budget and business plans


• Develop and execute strategies that will exponentially increase revenue, market share and profit


• Lead a vibrant team of sales professionals towards achieving overall corporate objectives
