Reporting to: Quality Operations Manager

Qualification(s)

• Candidate are expected to possess B. Sc/M. Sc Food Science & Technology and membership of NIFST

Job Experience & skills

• Candidate must be organized, reliable and resourceful with good interpersonal/problem solving skills and exceptional degree of sustained creativity


• He/She should also possess 5 years cognate R&D experience in Food & Allied Industry, research institute or academia and have a working knowledge of HACCP

Responsibilities

• The incumbent will be expected to provide rheological and microbiological data in raw materials, in-process and finished products
