Report to: Head, Foods Division

Qualification(s)

• Must have first degree in relevant field, an MBA will be an added advantage


• Membership of relevant professional body

Job Experience & skills

• 7 years cumulative sales experience with a reputable company and should not be more than 40 years of age


• He/She must possess excellent planning, organizing and good presentation skills


• Strong communication and leadership abilities


• Candidates must demonstrate a high level of competence in Marketing and Sales function and thorough understanding of FMCG environment with particular emphasis on distribution and channel membership

Responsibilities

• The incumbent will be responsible for directing and controlling the sales function for the Food Business to achieve agreed sales objectives
