Job title: Customer Services Representatives

Job Location: Maiduguri, Yola, Sokoto, Gombe, Jalingo, Birnin Kebbi, Kaduna, Kogi, Jos

Qualification(s)

• A very good first degree/HND in any of the Sciences, Social Sciences or other relevant discipline from a reputable institution

Job Experience & skills

• Key account management


• Territory management


• Sound communication


• High proficiency level in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word


• Good understanding of FMCG sales


• Interpersonal/people management and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Achieve partner account sales target (volume and value)


• Forecasting/ stock planning


• Build and maintain relationship with retailers


• Coaching and train partner’s sales teams


• Implementation of marketing and trade marketing activities in the territory
