Qualification(s)




  • Bachelor’s degree at a level not below a lower second



Job Experience & skills




  • Minimum of 7 years post NYSC experience and not less than 3 years in similar role in corporate sales

  • You will ideally have gained your experience in customer services management within a supply chain or travel and logistics environment

  • Strong communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills needed to succeed in this role

  • Ability to work efficiently in high demand, team oriented, and fast-paced environment



Responsibilities




  • You will work on building relationship with clients at senior management level and ensure that you are resolving any problems that may arise

  • Candidate will oversee the affairs of a team of about 10 customer service managers in different stations across the country

  • You will ensure that service standards are being driven to exceed expectations and look for ways to deliver continuous improvement

  • Develop tactical plan for the assigned team to achieve corporate and service delivery objectives and enhance customer satisfaction in the areas of quality and delivery

  • Monitor results in relation to the execution of the business plan, operational objectives and customer satisfaction

  • Manage workload and expenses of assigned team in accordance with approved budget, in doing this you will ensure the timely and accurate processing of customer orders

  • Key representative of global, regional and domestic cross-functional work teams

  • Resolve customer issues and escalate appropriately, as necessary, with a strong emphasis on customer focus and taking steps to evaluate customer scores

  • Act as customer advocate to facilitate customer business requests, making appropriate recommendations and influencing others for overall improvement in the delivery of service
