Qualification(s)

• A degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or HNC/HND Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

Job Experience & skills

• Minimum of 7 years post NYSC experience gained in the automotive industry


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills


• Customer support/services channel ability desirable


• Diesel/petrol engine knowledge


• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned region


• Computer literacy essential

Responsibilities

• Participate in strategy formulation and process development for the service function in respect to training and technical support in the Main Service Centre and all the Quick Service Centres (QSC)


• Tale responsibility for the maintenance of fleet, monitoring vehicular performance of our clients’ fleet


• Provide field support for field test and assigned projects


• Liaise between the technical department of motor manufacturer or importer, our clients, and the Fleet Masters network


• Work in cross-functional team to provide technical oversight and hazard analysis input for the service group


• Be recognized as the in house technical resources and expert in engineering


• Ensure all technicians in assigned domain are trained and skills regularly updated in line with best practices
