Qualification(s)

• BA/B. Sc/LLB,BL in any of the Humanities, Social Sciences, Law or HND Bus. Admin/Mgt or Industrial Relation and Personnel Mgt


• A post graduation Diploma in Art or Social Sciences discipline


• Any additional qualification will be added advantage


• Certificate/Diploma in any of the following: (CIPM), (CIPD), (NIM), (ASCON), (ICSA), Project Mgt, Professional or Prince 2, etc


• Member of any of the relevant and recognized professional bodies

Job Experience & skills

• Minimum of 18 years post qualification experience either in the public or private sector
