Qualification(s)

• Bsc 2.2 in any Social Sciences
• A good grasp of accounting will be an added advantage

• Minimum 3- 5 years of experience is required (including a minimum of 1 year on the Night Duty Manager role)
• Leadership skills
• Entrepreneurial skills
• Communication skills
• Financial planning and budgeting experience is an asset
• Business management skills is an asset
• Time management skills
• Problems solving skills and mindset

Job Description

• The General Manager amongst other duties will do the following: Hotel Night Duty Management
• Managing and maintaining a secure Hotel environment
• Ensuring the Hotels quality standards are met in all areas of the hotel as it relates to the appearance, levels of maintenance and cleanliness
• Providing first class customer service
• Duty staff management, discipline and motivation
