Qualification(s)
- Minimum 2.2 undergraduate degree with at least 3 years post- graduate work experience in banking or a related industry
Job Experience & skills
- Working understanding of the Nigerian financial services sector and other non- bank financial services industries in which the bank competes
- Highly motivated individual with creative problem solving ability and eagerness to learn in instances where technical skills and understanding may be lacking
- Good writing and verbal communication skills, and ability to present ideas in a coherent and well- structured manner
- Sound research and analytical skills
Responsibilities
- The successful candidate will support associates and unit heads in performing financial and strategic analyses of various business opportunities and initiatives, primarily for the benefit of executive management. He/ She will be a hard worker, with a desire to learn and ability to pick up new concepts quickly
- Conducting financial and market analysis and synthesizing results
- Reviewing documentation and other non- financial information (legal, operational) relevant for analysis
- Writing presentations and memoranda for senior department members, as well as for external use
- Assisting with any other ad- hoc request, projects or analysis as required
